It is a cold-rolled sheet that is coated with zinc metal which is known as Galvanising. These sheets are used in roofing and panelling, automobile bodies, trunks/boxes, ducting, cooler body and many other products. GP Steel sheets are made from good quality steel that is resistant to rust. They are durable and have a smooth surface finish. With the latest technology and machine, we supply the highest quality GP Steel Sheet. We offer these sheets at market-leading prices.
It is a cold-rolled sheet that is coated with zinc metal which is known as Galvanising. GC Steel sheets are made from good quality steel that is resistant to rust. They are durable and have a smooth surface finish. The GC Sheet is a type of plain corrugated galvanized sheet generally used in roofing. The GC sheets are always in bundles & come in standard lengths of 6ft, 8ft, 10ft & 12ft. With the latest technology and machine, We supply the highest quality GC Steel Sheet. We offer these sheets at market-leading prices.
The manufacturing of Cold Rolled (CR) sheets is carried out by the rolling metalworking process. For CR sheets, the temperature of the steel is maintained below its re-crystallization temperature (usually room temperature). After the steel is melted below its re-crystallization temperature, it is passed through pairs of rolls to reduce its thickness and achieve uniformity. This process of manufacturing CR sheet is termed ‘cold rolling’.
Hot rolling is a mill process that involves rolling the steel at a high temperature (typically at a temperature over 1700° F), which is above the steel’s recrystallization temperature. It is much easier to shape and form steel above recrystallization temperatures, and steel can be manufactured in much larger sizes. Products like hot rolled steel bars are used in the construction and welding industries. They can be used to make railroad tracks and I-beams, for instance. Hot rolled steel is used in situations where precise shapes and tolerances are not required.
Profile Sheets are the sheets with the colour coating over the metal surface of these sheets. Profile sheets are cold-rolled and hot-dipped galvanized with zinc. They are commonly used for agricultural, industrial, retail and leisure buildings. Sheets are manufactured in a range of corrugated and other profiles, such as trapezoidal, sinusoidal or half-round. The profiles are manufactured from sheets fed through banks of forming rollers. Modern manufacturing techniques allow metals to be pre-aged, coated with preservatives, or painted a wide range of hues and textures.
